I swear every time I sit down, I never know what I am going to come up with. In this design, I decided to test out BIC Marking, Permanent Markers. I bet if I used these on better paper, other than just everyday computer paper, they would look better. But even though I had no clue what was going to come out, I enjoyed just doing a little artistic coloring. Most of my drawings lately have been black and white and the thought of coloring those black and white drawings terrifies me.
I think it is important for all of us to jump out of our comfort zone sometimes though and just create something unique. Something that just comes to us as we draw. I love the flow of this drawing and I love that I used both marker and color pencil. I think it gave it real dimension.
